...but I just wanted to give anyone who might be interested a heads-up that Infoglasses are now available on a first come, first serve basis. I figure I can make maybe three a month to start with, so if anyone wants a pair, let me know.

For anyone who doesn't know what Infoglasses are, they're basically glasses that double as a portable display for computers, TVs, and other devices. They've got wi-fi access, provide their own hotspot, and have a massive photographic database onboard, so you can use them to look at a given object, compare it to similar objects on file, and pull information about them from the database. They're Spark-era tech, so... pretty advanced.

Anyway, I'm around if anyone wants a pair.

So, Allura was mentioning security for these things and given your vision, I'm wondering if there's anything I should be avoiding doing. I don't want to end up blinding you with a retinal scan ID or anything.

Don't think anything could really hurt my eyes, but don't know if a retinal scan would work on 'em. They've been surgically altered an' shit.

Fingerprint somethin'? Voice activated? Tie it into the psychic network somehow?

Fingerprint might be feasible for goggles, since there's more to work with than glasses. Voice activated could work, but it'd make 'em harder to use around Infiltrators. Network connection... not sure.

Fingerprint probably works best, I guess, if we don't know how to tie tech into the network yet. Might be somethin' to work on, though, could be an interesting kinda skill to work out.

I think it might need different tech than I've got to work with right now. I didn't keep the actual upkeep skills, so I'm still limited in what I can do without that.

But yeah, it's something I can keep working on. In the meantime, I'll see to those Infogoggles, with the fingerprint ID system.
