Also, they make good stocking stuffers
Okay, I know there's a lot going on at the moment...
[what with dungeons, walkabout fallout, whatever the hell's going on with that penalty box...]
...but I just wanted to give anyone who might be interested a heads-up that Infoglasses are now available on a first come, first serve basis. I figure I can make maybe three a month to start with, so if anyone wants a pair, let me know.
For anyone who doesn't know what Infoglasses are, they're basically glasses that double as a portable display for computers, TVs, and other devices. They've got wi-fi access, provide their own hotspot, and have a massive photographic database onboard, so you can use them to look at a given object, compare it to similar objects on file, and pull information about them from the database. They're Spark-era tech, so... pretty advanced.
Anyway, I'm around if anyone wants a pair.

If I knew enough about how Teddie made the things, I'd make you a test pair, but... I don't, really. He just started pulling them out of thin air after we had trouble with the TV fog.
I will. Thank you.

Yeah, I don't want to chance screwing up your only working pair.
No problem.
[Private; Protection II]
At the risk of sounding like a Clueless Adult Person, how're you doing?
private, protection II
You don't sound like a clueless adult. Those are the ones who tell me I have no business grieving how I'm grieving, and you're not doing that.
private, protection II
[She'd only talked to her once or twice before she'd disappeared, but Yukino had liked her.]
You grieve how you grieve. The only issue I could see is if you were drifting into self-destructiveness or extreme lashing out, and I really don't see you doing either.
private/protected indefinitely
Fortunately, I still have people around who can handle extreme sarcasm, and that's about as lashing-out as I get.
private/protected indefinitely
[Both for Chie's sake and Naoki's, really.]
There are worse ways to lash out.
[And she'd done several of those in her time.]

Very true. Those have never really been my style.

[She may not know Kanji as well as he does, but she does know how close they are, and she can well imagine her reaction if, say, Elly had come in with her and then disappeared like Kanji had.]
Several of them used to be mine. Unfortunately.

[She's not judging Kanji either. And not just because it would be massively hypocritical if she did.]

How's Chie doing after her dungeon?

[The frustration she can't really do anything about.]

[Not that he needs her to tell him that, but still.]

[Yukino can empathize, but she doesn't have the deeper connection to Naoki that his friends from Inaba do.]
