... Any newcomers we need to get off the brainway asap? Because just arriving and then being run over would really not be astrous. At all.

Doesn't really matter, does it? I mean, it's all done, we're in one piece now. Pity we don't have Black Canary around to give us some therapy but that's just how it goes.

[Yeah, just gonna dodge that question and not bring up the Angel of Destruction reborn thing...]

...I guess so. [ She doesn't really sound like she buys it, though. Even if it wasn't their lives, their decisions... it was still their bodies, their hands. They're the ones who have to live with the memories.

Pause. ]

...Black Canary does therapy?

[turbedon]

She's the only Den Mother really capable of it back home. Red Tornado is too robotic and spews out pure data which isn't the most comforting of things after you've had a traumatic experience. Well, for most people anyway. And Captain Marvel can't really help out on that front either when he's only a kid himself.

...huh. I think I might be a little jealous. None of us ever got a den mother...

I guess there's no chance anyone around here wants to play therapist. Probably hazardous to their health with this group.

[ Not that most of the bats would cooperate with a therapist. Still, they could probably use it. ]

It was B's condition that if we were going to go make the team, we needed someone from the League to keep an eye on us.

Also we did have a therapist here at one point, but I think Connor might have vanished a little while back.

So I guess we're stuck with repressing our feelings and punching things as necessary? Which... to be fair, is a proud Bat family tradition.

You mean other families don't do the same?

So the legends say. Can't say I've ever seen it myself...

I don't think my family did that, but... you know. I might remember things differently.

I'm sure you remember it right. Most families are probably better at feelings than Bats' and mine.
