I think I do... I don't know if it works, though. I don't think anyone's ever tried.

I'd call that good overall, really. Means people are behaving themselves.

Anyway, you can use the same ping system to see that a private conversation is there without actually being able to break into it. Or as a 'hey, someone's activated a network skill' ping, even if it's not a skill that's coming for your privacy.
