I'm not up to speed on his relevance yet, [he's never said hello before, he's not going to start now] but I'd urge anyone on the tail of Kinji's infiltration to use caution. He's capable of a psychic blast strong enough to incapacitate multiple people. We would have more information, but Katsuragi drove him away.

He had a much greater interest in Casper. [He doesn't know why he's arguing this, but it's the way Thorne thinks it at him that makes him feel like she doesn't at all believe him, and that means he has to double down.] Betting on them would have been a more believable outcome.
