I'm not up to speed on his relevance yet, [he's never said hello before, he's not going to start now] but I'd urge anyone on the tail of Kinji's infiltration to use caution. He's capable of a psychic blast strong enough to incapacitate multiple people. We would have more information, but Katsuragi drove him away.

I read his perspective last week. Luckily, that's Questing Country Magic Bullshit and not telepathy, because otherwise he would've picked up on it.

What is his perspective, then? Why is he training with the ESDF?

It doesn't generally give me that kind of specific info, but if I had to guess, I'd say he was looking for the Consort, or information on her. That or he could have been searching out info on the Phileon or other projects like it, but either way he's definitely working for the Aurigans.

We might have ruined his opportunity to help her. If he's working undercover, he'll assume that his cover is blown and be on his way out. Can you find him?

We need to keep him from leaving. Once he's gone, he won't show his face again. Check his personal storage areas; if he's a spy, he'll have to have been storing information somewhere, and he'll have to either retrieve or destroy it before he can escape.
