I'm not up to speed on his relevance yet, [he's never said hello before, he's not going to start now] but I'd urge anyone on the tail of Kinji's infiltration to use caution. He's capable of a psychic blast strong enough to incapacitate multiple people. We would have more information, but Katsuragi drove him away.

I could cobble together something to that effect in Katsuragi's lab, if I could get out of the medbay.

It would also make more sense, given that we were in the lab when this disaster started unfolding before us.

Katsuragi also has a lot of junk and other half-completed prototypes tucked away in there. It wouldn't be out of line for me to dig one out and claim it suddenly started acting up.
