Those of you that are new, this is a Jaunt. We're here to investigate and fix something, so first thing's first- you need to blend in. If the people here get suspicious, we'll get blocked out of opportunities to find something, and sometimes they might even take our presence around here negatively.

[That's Garrett's way of saying "don't be an idiot and play your part or I'm going to call you a moron beyond this Jaunt." There's a sigh, but he continues.]

I'm not one for leading, someone else is going to have to take that job. Might want to sound off, just to see who all we have for this round.

Kamiya, right? [Names... he was pretty sure that was how you were supposed to do it if you were only acquaintances. He'd already disappointed the young man, no need to insult him, too.]

[And she's so incredibly frustrated with herself for that - she should be better at keeping herself from getting carried away.]

[Because he's a sucker for a winning attitude, and perhaps not the best judge of what is and isn't a good thing to encourage.]

[She has to keep repeating that, because if she lets herself get discouraged about not being able to find her Okita anywhere... well. It's just better for everyone if she convinces herself that it's fine sooner rather than later.]

...uh, I'm sorry to ask... but, what should I call you from now on? I can't call you Okita-sensei, and now that I know your last name, "Souji-san" sounds a little...

[Overly familiar, maybe. Her voice trails off.] ...though if you don't mind it, I could keep calling you that.

Souji is fine, really. [He doesn't find it overly familiar, anyway, though he realizes Sei might.] I guess it gets a little confusing, doesn't it?

[feminitis]

...just "Souji"? Uh, okay... [She laughs a little nervously - it's weird to her, how it translates to thought so easily.] But it is pretty confusing, yeah. I didn't think I'd meet so many people with the same name as Okita-sensei.

Or the demon vice-commander, either...

I didn't either. [Although he 'sounds' amused by it] Who knew there were so many of us?

Someone out there has a really weird sense of humor, I guess... to put so many people with the same name in one place.

Maybe. Or maybe they just have good taste.

[Although anyone who knew any of the collected Soujis might argue that point...]

...that's true! Someone would have to have good taste, to pick Okita-sensei...

[She believes that her Souji can do anything. If the various Soujis that have been collected here are anywhere near as good as him - and she's pretty sure they are, if they all share the same name - it's definitely a sign that whoever is bringing them here is using their brain to pick out people who can solve their problems.

Then again, Sei is heavily biased, so there's that.]
