I can sing without falling into it, I just need to be able to think clearly and focus on not falling into it. But I've only tried it with normal songs and with other people around to make sure - karaoke night stuff. I've never tried it with other kinds of magical song.

Maybe the Oracles could tell us if it'd be a bad idea? Do you or Leah know anyone with a good Aspect for it?

I don't know a lot about Creative Magic either. I missed the Jaunt that came from because I ended up on the Walkabout that time.

I'll start by talking to those three, then. ...But not yet. Not until after the Aratta mission. My Champion powers could end up being really important there. I don't want to take any chances.

No. You're right. Cantors are... should be support. Right now you need to be on the frontlines. Leah will need all the help she can get, and so will the Orthos on our side, and so will everyone else.

My Champion magic already is more support focused, now that I think about it. But it's how that support works that's important.

I'm not sure. It still doesn't seem like they can communicate with the other Spirit Companions, but I don't know whether or not they read as other Cantors the way they used to read as Conductors.

I wonder if that's a function of the nature of their Bond. If their Bond with you is intermittent, then perhaps their Bond with Questing Country itself is as well.

The bond is evolved, but it's not clear what it's evolved to. It's definitely not gone, though.

Familiars say the connection is supposed to be as simple as being open to it. Tesserae, or whatever they are now, say they are open to it.
