I wish that I was more well-informed so I could make this all more clear, but... I've heard Armin broadcast about this sigil before. I have no idea what its meaning or origin is, but I know that it's a bit off the shore at one of the beach campsites.

If anyone knows what this is and if I should be running to protect people, please let me know before I need to regenerate my intestines for the millionth time.

For those near to the shore and watching, within moments after the Sign is found, Something begins happening. Sand on the beach and foam on the water begin to swirl and coalesce in a spiral of glowing mist, until they form a small, bright star hovering over the waves, drinking in the last of the vapors to glow pearlescent and purple-gold. There's a sound like a single clear note of music, and a brilliant flash of light...

And then both Star and Sign have vanished.

Genevieve scrambles back, but doesn't look away until it's all gone as quickly as it came. She's struggling to make sense of any of it, confused as to whether she found it frightening or somewhat pretty, and all of the complete and utter strangeness of that moment manifests in one of the few moments Genevieve has ever lost her calm, cool mask.

She says, voice building to a panicky screech, "What in all of the gods' names just happened here?!"

She takes to the network quickly.]

[There's a note of true fear in Armin's voice - he doesn't know what's going on, but he knows enough to be afraid of the King, and anything unexpected with regard to his sign has to be bad.]

Just moving back! Nothing happened to me, physically, but I don't know what just happened, but I... I'm trying to remember how to speak! [Her nervous mental laughter is just a touch hysterical.]

I can say one thing: there was a star for just one brief, blindingly shining moment, and it went away almost instantly, and I should probably be panicking a lot more, shouldn't I?

Armin skids to a halt the beach, having run all the way from Leo's workshop. He's out of breath and doing his best to ignore that fact - looking a little scared and slightly frantic, but also determined. Whatever's happening, they're going to need to be calm and controlled to deal with it.

Naoto takes a breath. "The King is a malevolent entity that seems to oppose the Trumps. Whatever that power is just... removed the connection between the King and Liminal Space. My guess as to why you is that you just happened to be here at the time."

Naoto thinks for a moment. "Was that... Star? Could that have been Star? But... we were informed that Star was dead."

She pauses for a moment, and then steps back and Summons. "Sukuna-Hikona! Shield of Truth!" A shining white wall crashes down in front of her. "I'm going out there." Before anyone can say anything, she walks off toward where the sigil was.
