Leonardo da Vinci, present. Known infiltrators: Ezio Auditore da Firenze. Known missing: Genevieve Blanchard and Zed. I... cannot sense them through our Bond. They were likely sent on a Walkabout.

For anyone who does not know about radiation and is near an area expected to get to 150 rads or more - get out of there immediately. Such radiation levels might cause adverse effects on your body, unless you have the proper protection. Find a safer place. I might be able to distribute suits from the Ivory Tower to combat the radiation, but I do not know how much they would stand out. Still, it might be worth the risk so that we are not harmed in the process.

[How about that, the Ivory Tower was useful after all.]

Please list any confirmed infiltrators and any confirmed missing persons so we are more aware of our current numbers.

None of us are in charge. That is how it has always been and how it will always be. I am merely offering my advice so that you do not find yourself in serious trouble, or worse, force us into serious trouble when we are apparently going to be leaving this planet very soon. Do you want to get left behind by these already untrustworthy natives? I think not.

I am Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci, and I have been Traveling for twenty months. I am no expert, and I do not claim to know anything about this planet or our objectives during this Jaunt, but I have seen this pattern before at least a dozen times before, and it is much easier to continue an investigation if the people of this world do not realize we are outsiders.

If you wanted a private conversation, you should have made it private over the Network. I was listening and only just now chose to respond.

They don't even give you an objective, just dropped you on random planets to watch you dance around. They're probably taking bets right now. So why even bother cooperating at all?

Because if we do not find our objective and perform our task before the time limit, the Trumps will punish us when we return. They have a habit of making Liminal Space into extremely harsh or mentally taxing terrain when we "displease" them. Given how physically, emotionally, and mentally exhausting the Jaunts are anyway, it is no good to refuse.

If you won't help fro the sake of the rest of us, then at the very least help for your own sake.

... furthermore, these people continue lives past our departure. What we do affects each world we've visited. I want to help them, and I am sure many on the Network agree with me. They deserve that much, if they're to be sucked into this twisted game with the rest of us, even if only for a while.

But if you let them keep doing it, they'll keep doing it. They don't have to be going about it this way. There are billions of people in the universe who'd jump at a chance to do something like this if asked, but instead they kidnap people and force them to hop around like puppets, using fear to control you.

We're not actually helping anybody. I doubt any of this is even real. It's nothing but some fucked up form of entertainment. Nothing but another god con.

And if we try to refuse, they will harm us - whether our bodies or our minds, sometimes to greater effect than the proceedings of Jaunts. I do not want to see that happen to any of the other Travelers - including you.

[One might notice how he keeps himself out of that.]

The Trumps might not have to go about their game this way, but they are. We have to accept that or find a way around it, but as of right now, I know of no way to control who comes and who goes.

[After a moment's pause, he continues:]

These beings that inhabit this world are real. One of my Infiltrations recently snuck into Liminal Space from their home world and took the Trumps head-on with his brothers and sisters. Furthermore, another of my Infiltrations revived the body of an Infiltrator, whose Investigator was alive at the same time, in the same world. If it were a mere illusion, a simulation for some unknown purpose, why would the Trumps have bothered keeping the Infiltrator?
