For anyone who does not know about radiation and is near an area expected to get to 150 rads or more - get out of there immediately. Such radiation levels might cause adverse effects on your body, unless you have the proper protection. Find a safer place. I might be able to distribute suits from the Ivory Tower to combat the radiation, but I do not know how much they would stand out. Still, it might be worth the risk so that we are not harmed in the process.

Please list any confirmed infiltrators and any confirmed missing persons so we are more aware of our current numbers.

Those probably just weren't all specific enough. A titan can only be killed by cutting out the nape of its neck. A Balteus vampire can only can only be killed if you go through a whole process. Anything can be killed.

They might have some sci-fi decontaminator thing, I don't know how it works here. But I think there would be some kind of special wash or something you'd use to get it off and neutralize the radiation.
