Okay, does anybody else feel like the Trumps have running jokes for them? Like, themes that keep popping up on jaunts that have nothing to do with you but you keep running into it somehow?

Mine is birds. The peacock tail in Doki, then there was the Owl Prince guy, then TOTO got turned into a mynah bird in Bando, then there was Rome and Ambrosius'.... everything. And in Newport I literally became a bird man hybrid thing, I won't be surprised if next jaunt I'm a member of an ancient and noble clan of ostrich riders.

I mean I like birds but back home I wasn't a ornithologist or anything, there's no cultural significance, I just keep getting avian associations for no good rea-- it's my nose isn't it.

That's... definitely different.

Grandpa was alive, in Rome. That was kinda nice. Even if it came with realizing how lucky I am that my parents made sure I didn't get any titles.

What kind of title did you dodge?

My mom was Crown Princess of Alderaan. There... is no Alderaan any more, so any title wouldn't have really meant anything, but some of the other surviving nobility tried to stick me and my brothers with something.

I'm sorry, that sounds like... a lot of baggage. I can't really blame folks for wanting to keep tradition alive, though.

We keep lots of traditions alive. Just... not the ones that might get a person stuck marrying someone for politics instead of love.
