Malik Greatly Disapproves. Yet Again.
[Malik's voice cracks across the network, and he's livid.]
Seeing as it seems that any idiot who whines about it loud enough gets their way, who am I to try to keep morons without a wit of reason from getting their hands on red magic?
You all rely on magic to heal people so why not up your game to using it to kill? You won't even have to train all that hard to use it either! A couple hours and you'll be able to go to to toe with any opponent you meet in any world!
Because that's all you care about, isn't it? How easily you can manage to do something regardless of what the method is. Power is more important than being responsible with it. Who cares so long as you have magic to rely on, right?

Granted, Eren was an idiot in the run-up to this, but I think his world tends toward the low-tech side of things anyway, and that is not a good brainpunch to drop on someone unawares.

Nah, not everything. In general it's kinda complicated, and in particular I'm not sure what crawled up his butt and died just now, but... he's not overly fond of magic in general, and color magic in particular can get into some pretty scary stuff.
That spell he mentioned as an alternative to the brainpunch? Could rip someone's heart out.
Eren asked to learn the general color, which has stuff other than the scary bits, Malik said no, Eren threw a fit on the network and called him an asshole, and... well, clearly someone decided to help him figure it out anyway. Basically they're both being well-intentioned idiots about this.
[She counts Malik as a good friend, and Eren's actually got a pretty good head on his shoulders when he slows his roll long enough to use it. But they've both handled this whole thing spectacularly poorly.]

So, me and Kanji and Zoe and Malik thought we were junkyard people. And then we caught this Atma virus and turned into weird monsters.
And we ate people. Dungeon people. I'm not sure if they were real, but.
