Good morning, everyone. I think that, since we've had some time to get settled into this world, we should start checking up with each other to see what we've learned so far. Even if it's doesn't seem important now, it may be later.

Also...if anyone knows who among us might be their other selves, it might be best to share that with everyone. That way, we can avoid any potential confusion. After all, we don't want the wrong people learning about who we really are.

Every city has it's rhythms. For the most part they're not too dissimilar - quiet and still in the early hours of the morning while everyone is still asleep, hectic and busy at rush hour. It varies from place to place - you're going to get a certain kind of rhythm in a city with a lot of night life, for instance - but it's mostly the same pattern.

But here, the pattern's off. Dusk and dawn are even more frantic than rush hour, and there's people having their lunch breaks in the middle of the nigh. It makes sense if half of the people here are working on a completely different timetable to the other half, but it makes for a really odd rhythm.

That does make sense, but... I can see why it would be weird. It's a city that's never really sleeping. [even New York can't actually boost that.]

Yes. And almost always sleeping at the same time, when you think about it.

Yeah. I wonder how hard it is, for something to be happening all the time. [it sounds exhausting, even if you're not the person awake all the time.]

Probably not as hard as as you think. This is normal for them. They'll have worked out ways to make it easier. We're the ones who need to adjust.

At least there are enough of us to take shifts.

I was mostly joking. [mostly.] But we should at least make sure we're paying attention to all sides of this.
