I'm not very familiar with Trump symbolism, so I was wondering about something. I ended up with a tattoo with arrows and hearts. I'm guessing that's Lovers, but the arrows just confused me a bit.

[He doesn't sound really annoyed. Granted, he's not very happy either, but he doesn't feel like making a big fuss over a sudden mystery tattoo.]

I mean, there was that woman who kept saying how she loved love and weddings... so that would make most sense, right?

[There is, however, something he's annoyed about.]

Also, tossing me right into a section of romance novels with the theme unrequited love is a low blow, whoever decides that.

[There's a long, awkward pause, in which Naoto collects her thoughts.]

[There is a long pause before Naoto's voice comes across again. Her voice is small, and uncertain.]

I... don't think I would mind. It's Rise.

Sometimes I still think you'd be better off with her.

... As long as that's something you're worrying about, I'm not likely to kiss her. I'm committed to disproving that thesis.

We're all friends. We're a team. We look out for each other and make each other happy. That doesn't change because of who's dating who. It's just as unlikely as suggesting I'd be better off dating Yosuke.

I am simply confused, that is all. I am not entirely certain I can put words to what I'm thinking right now.

I am a detective. I am wherever I am to find the truth of the situation, and here inam, unable to find my own truth.

We'll figure it out together.

I am hardly going to stop you from doing what you feel is right, so... don't worry about me.

What I feel is right is making my partner happy. When you're confused, or worried, or in trouble, I'm going to be worried about you. If you don't want me to worry about you, you'll need to keep me by your side. That's all there is to it.

What were you trying to express with the kiss? Did you want to know if you liked kissing girls? If you liked kissing Rise? Or... how it would make you feel?

[There's a pause, and when her mental voice comes back, it's more awkward than usual.]

I... just really felt that I wanted to do it once as myself, rather than as an overlay.

On the one hand, I think I'd give you permission to kiss Rise if it meant I got permssion too.

On the other hand, I'm not sure that would be fair to Rise.

I'm out of my element, Souji. This is more your area than mine.

If I were writing this story, one of the three of us would end up in jail or dead or both.

I have no idea what I'm doing.
