So, it occurs to me it's been a while since I did my standard Cool Stuff Offers. If anyone wants a lightcycle or a Ninjaville-flavor magic tattoo, hit me up. As usual, first come, first served.

What's not usual is... well, shit's about to get real, and depend on how the Trumps - I don't know, choose their dodgeball teams or whatever it is they're gonna do before they pack us off again, we might be here a little longer than usual. As such, I'd be able to do a little more of each of these than I usually do, and if it turns out they pack us off like usual anyway, I'll do my best to catch up after the next jaunt.

So let's call it first six for lightcycles and... three for the tattoos, those take longer and I don't want to leave one half-finished. No, I will not attempt to mess with anyone's Trump mark, it wouldn't work anyway and that's not blowing up in my face if you want rid of it. [She doubts anyone would ask, by this point, but it's worth putting out there, just in case.]

Yeah, well. Let's hope you're right on that guess.

[If she sounds unconvinced, that's because she is - in her experience, near-godly entities who kidnap people don't just let them go.

But there's little use getting into that without any proof to bring to bear, or some way to rescue the people who are just lost.]

There's no way to be sure, since the closest we get is dungeons popping up, and even that doesn't guarantee anything one way or the other.

So decent odds anyone who's vanished is rotting in some prison cell until someone stumbles across a way to get to them.

That's...sadly better than it could be, actually.

Less prison cell, more hell of your own making. I don't recommend it.

Then again, the one time I could really be said to've substantially disappeared was just into my own personal cloud of shiny gold nonsense. The dungeon was maybe half as long.

[And there's the question of whether she actually went home for a bit during, or before, the dungeon. She thinks she did, but that's more because she doesn't think Mei would dick around with 'seeing your family' like that. But that's probably an argument for another time.]

[There's a weight there, like it's not an entirely unfamiliar concept, though whatever she's imagining is likely to be not entirely true to what dungeons are.]

And no one's figured out how to tell, besides waiting for an opening?

If there is a way, no one's mentioned it. Which means either there isn't or it's been lost to the ages.

Less 'aren't sharing' and more 'can't share.' The oldest jaunt anyone can remember properly was a real headscrew.

And then there's our hosts, who probably fall into 'aren't sharing' for the most part. [Look, she might like Mei, but that doesn't mean she's decided on the rest of 'em yet.]
