Live from... Conversation Space???

[About halfway through the week, the network flares to life. Much like with Thorne's broadcast the other week, this one includes some unusual scenery: A poured concrete floor and cinder block walls are lit by a single bare light bulb hanging overhead. Shackles dangle from brackets on every side, and the chair in the center of the room is clearly an electric chair. A tall glass sits on top of a stool made of what looks like pure gold - but the liquid inside it is almost definitely blood.

Unlike Thorne's broadcast, though, this one's live. Naoki's not at all sure this is going to go through, but he sees no reason not to try.]

I have to say, this is a really unfortunate combination of folks in terms of decorating.

I'm pretty sure the one time I end up applying it to a conversation, I'm going to end up really wishing I hadn't. [What, Helena's as good as adopted him and he knows she has a private life. He can see where that might lead.]

It definitely took more effort to establish, and it feels more... tenuous, I guess? I'm not sure how long I could keep this up regardless, and this isn't exactly going to be an ideal duration test, since as soon as my company shows up I'm gonna have to call it.

Right. You don't want to be rude to...Hanged Man? Death? I don't think any of us picked up the same one as our Persona and you don't really seem that big on Justice or Devil stuff.

So there's some kind of limit. Did you just need to concentrate harder, or was it like spending more time listening for a connection?

Death. Not for lack of trying with Hanged Man, but that worked out for the best. [That was just Naoki pigeonholing himself as badly as the housewife network in Inaba ever did, and once he realised that he was okay with it.]

Somewhere between the two, I think? I'd probably have to do it again to say for sure, now that I know what I'm doing, but who knows when a good opportunity for that'll be.

Well...if you don't mind a quick test message after you cut this off, I could try to do it back to you and see if that works? I've got the general idea, at least.
