Backdated to not too long after Hajime's warning post

I've spoken with Kinji's infiltration -- Teruo. He's lieutenant to the Pulao mermaid leader. And while, as Hajime has said, he can be dangerous, we were able to talk for quite a while, civilly.

He said that the strange Song at night was not something he or any of his group have had any experience with. It is affecting the sirens who hear it much like hypnotism, and he expressed concern to what the long term effect could be, and warned to keep a close eye on any sirens in our group because of it.

I've also arranged for a possible alliance between his school and ours. Do we have someone who's willing to take the role of our group's leader to speak with theirs?

Generally speaking. There was a Jaunt specifically about mermaids and mariners in this world a long time ago, but I don't think we have any veterans of that at all as Investigators. Those who are still Traveling probably went back to their old Infiltrations.
