All right, Travellers, we have a goal and a way to get to it. There is a portal in a park near the pogemon HQ that leads to a similar landscape to the one we're aiming for. I'm clearing the area and we can use it as a launch point. What do people know about this Nevermore character? Weaknesses, layout of the castle, guard numbers and types - any information is good information guys.

And let me know who's coming to the portal and whether or not you've signed up with the Guardia. There's some good material and supplies there if you need them and it will allow you to move about freely.

Again, not for us to decide. Sorry, but that's not something I'm willing to budge on. I'm no stranger to tyrannical rule, but I am not going to condone a precedent of waltzing into a world, killing someone off because we think it's best, and vanishing again to leave the place in chaos.

I am speaking from experience. Ages of experience. We have been thrown into the midst of the beginnings of a war. If you do not have the heart to kill than you should not consider yourself a soldier, let alone one who wishes to lead.

You are assuming several things there that you know nothing about. I may not be over 400 years old, and I may use guns over swords, but that doesn't meant that I don't know how to fight.

I do not doubt your courage or your skill or your experience. But when the question was asked, who is going to lead these people, no one stepped up except Zed. I don't think either of us want that.

Look. We're going to need your help. As one of the only two of us to actually fight Nevermore mentioned earlier, swords are not going to help against a creature of stone unless your blades are made of plasma. I want to work with you, not against you. Can I count on your swords to defend out troops against backstabbing?

Knowing how to when and how to fight, and knowing when and how to kill are two very different things.

I am not so foolish to abandon a cause due to a disagreement, but if the opportunity presents itself to end this once and for all, be it for myself or for anyone else, than it should be taken. I have... negated stone before. Not with my swords but by other means, though I have never turned that ability upon another living thing.

I'm not going to try and make you do anything you don't want to do. You have to answer to your conscience and me to mine. I'll look forward to seeing you where you think you'll be the best help.

No decisions should be made at all until we return from our scouting mission. Rushing in without a plan would be foolish.

Agreed. It sounds like we have access to a castle map, if you'd like a look before you go. But no one under my advisement will be launching any assaults until we have more intel.
