The water rising from the sinkhole in the lake prevents physical entry, but if one uses portals or an incorporeal form, one will fall onto a multi-colored island. Take care not to be hit by the lightning. The island spins slowly and rests on a web of crystal spars. From these comes lightning that strikes the ceiling. The lightning keeps the hole to Questing Country open, but when it is redirected, the stone ceiling it hits heals on its own.

Beware the island. As an Oracle I used my Sight on it, and it is likely an enemy. Strangely, it is... bigger on the inside. Spirit Companions dislike the whole place.

I am able to share the memory, if you like. I encountered Phillip, Kinji, and Yakumo when I arrived there. They can answer your questions as well.
