Those who are new to Traveling, if I could have your attention for a moment.
The structure of liminal space has changed. This is normal. I repeat: this is a normal occurrence. Every so often liminal space shifts and changes, usually once before we are introduced into a universe for a Jaunt. These changes will not harm you. I've tested it, and the water can be breathed just the same as air - you will not drown. Keep your cool, and swim or walk. It's a little weird to get used to at first, but you'll be fine.
On another, less exciting note... You may notice that some people you saw a few days ago are no longer with us. They're not dead, they're just not Traveling with us at the moment. There are a couple of different options on where they are, but the most important thing is that they will be all right. We might see them again as Travelers, we might not, it's hard to say.
I know this probably raises about as many questions as it answered, so feel free to ask and veteran Travelers will help you out.
Thank you for your attention.
Shirogane, out.
[Private: locked to Pidge, Allura, Lotor, Matt Holt]
Keith's MIA. [There's a tightness in his 'voice' that says he's tamping down his emotions to maintain his professional calm.] I can't reach him on the Network, and Mercutio's here. I'm guessing that he's gone out of ambit.

It definitely is pretty weird. You okay, there, Jules?

Well, now I am, I guess. Found a room with no water and I think I just wanna stay there for a while.

Private
[She pauses for a tick, the psychic equivalent of a sharply caught breath.]
Then we'll need to be ready for a dungeon when he returns.
[Don't think about the fact that, if she's not badly mistaken about the timelines, there had been decaphoebes between Keith's last drop from ambit and his return.
At least not out loud, because she trusts that calm only very slightly more than she would have were the roles reversed, and then only because Shiro's actually capable of controlling his temper.]
Re: Private
Agreed. I'll patrol as much as I can, but if you see a portal, let me know. I'll be there as quickly as I can.

Protection II
Where are you? I'll be there as soon as I can.
[He knows that tone, Shiro. Don't even try to wiggle out of it.]
Re: Protection II
Protection II
I'm on my way.
And, in a way I'm glad Mom went home. While she'd probably love the adventure, I'd be too worried.

[She hadn't meant to blurt a reply like that to the network... ah, this was going to take some practice.]
Er, thank you, Shirogane-san. I'm glad to know that. I'd been trying to stay out of it!

But, please, just Shiro is fine. I'm pretty American.

[She laughs, a little more confident that she's getting the hang of this.]
Shiro? I'm sorry, alright. Shiro it is. You can call me Sayoko, then.

The Private Filter
[She sounds disappointed and sad.]
Matt likely told you, but... mom's gone, too.

[Unfortunately, one of yours hasn't left yet, it seems.]

I'm actually reaching out to everyone, Slav, not just you. You can tune it out if you want to, of course, but you'll miss future warnings, and that seems like it might increase the likelihood of something dangerous happening to you.
