Those who were there for the Achaia Jaunt or otherwise have reason to know will likely recognize the silver fluid as ichor of immortality, typically gotten through eating certain red-gold grapes during or after that Jaunt. Unfortunately, Yukino doesn't know that - and more importantly hasn't had any such grapes.]

I... don't remember getting any dose of ambrosia at all. And my blood was normal on the Jaunt.

[Unless something happened during the very last days, maybe, but what that could be, she has no idea.]

Neither did several of the people who were dosed during the Jaunt in Achaia, if I recall correctly.

[There's definitely worry seeping in around the edges of her psychic communication.]

It may be that there's more than one set of old monsters who've wormed their way into Liminal Space.

I mean, I'm part of the contingent that doesn't have to eat and drink at all anymore. All I've had in the past week or so is some of the food from the Jaunt, and not even very much of that because other people needed it more.

You think the Illuminants might be recruiting allies?

If the accounts I've read are correct, it took all of two Arcana to defeat them the last time. If they're making a play, they need allies.

So it may not just be the Bando we need to worry about.

I think we might have to at least consider the possibility that we're going to have to worry about powerful mystical entities from any world we've visited.

And have a contingent that might object to how we left things.

[Is she worried about the damned titans infesting Liminal Space? Sure.

But she's a lot more worried about the possibility that Zeus and Hebe and the other gods who would have opposed the new order making a bargain with the Illuminants in a bid to regain power.

And the horrors of Harrowgate.

And oh, so many other monsters the Travelers have inconvenienced along the way.]
