I don't know much about her, except that she's a vampire, and has been a Traveler since before the Grid. To my knowledge, she's never before done anything like this as a Traveler. [He shares a brief memory of her.] This is what she looks like.

I'm... not certain we've had any murders in the past. Not like this, anyway - with an investigator as the murderer, and the attack unprovoked.

I was going to take it to Joscelin, he's the closest we have to a peacekeeper - but he doesn't seem to be here anymore.
