Honestly, I'm not sure. After young Bærry's murder, my theory was that Bagrat--that is, Braig's Infiltrator indentity--was the one responsible for most of the assassinations, but then he himself ended up the subject of a hit as well. I suppose we'll never know, unless the Investigators caught our would be supernatural serial murderer.

But then, I haven't had the time to check back in the psychic archives yet, so perhaps the answer lies there.
