I'd probably just piss them off if I did. I don't mind that, but there's no point if it doesn't actually get us anything useful.

Hey, uh, sorry to interrupt but it might not all be just superstition in this world. Remy seems to believe it's some sort of marked-for-death symbol thingy. Like a black spot.

Yeah, that's some kind of thing with pirates which-- isn't totally relevant but it means the same thing. The card's a sign you give someone to show that they're marked for death. But we don't know who it is.

That's kinda what I gathered. What are the odds that we need to do... something about that?

If no one died at the scene, then our arrival has surely stopped it from happening. Or, at least, delayed it.
