Drizzt Asks Important Questions
This is Drizzt Do'Urden, and I have a simple question: what does one do in Liminal Space beside read books? It is too small to have anything left to explore, unless one tries to scale the wall.
[He does not sound frustrated, but in a good general mood. Drizzt seems more amused about it than anything, and he figures someone will have a good answer for him.]
I ask because I am afraid boredom begins to strike at my heart with my blades still for so long, and I need something more to combat it properly. Perhaps one of you has advice?

[Drizzt pauses to consider her offers.]
What sort of monsters and puzzles do you offer?

[She'd be using props and images to break up all this dry exposition, but sadly she doesn't know how to project images over the network.]
As for my offer...currently, my only reliable summon in this Space is a kind of infernal goat man. They're very stupid, but there's an infinite number of them and they just come back when you kill them anyway.
And the puzzles I make...well, I like to present practical mysteries. How was this thing accomplished in this way, how can I leave this room without getting carved up into little pieces, that sort of thing.

I am glad that you are versed in such matters, as must apologize that your explanation has raised more questions than answers. Why do they use such symbolism?
[Drizzt thinks the puzzle example over, then chuckles.]
I may wish to attempt one, as they sound interesting; however, my father would likely prefer them to not be too overly dangerous.
[Fathers, right?]

And I suppose I can hold off on the immense bladed pendulums for the sake of not offending your family's sensibilities.
[Or Liminal Space in general.]
I'll think of something. If nothing else, I can always borrow some of my apprentice's incessant font of riddles as well.

[Drizzt sounds rather amused.]
Yes, that would be for the best. There will be plenty of time to give him heart attacks in the future. Is there any sort of information you could use to enhance your work? To make things more equal, if you were.

Hm...well, in an ideal world, I'd know your whole story, your friends, fears, fixations, things like that. You'd also have to be pretty stupid to openly reveal all that to a witch, of course, so why don't we stick to your specialty? What is your strongest skill?
no subject
[Drizzt can almost be heard shaking his head.]
I am glad that you do not know all those things, if you do not mind me saying so. My strongest skill is fighting. I dual-wield scimitars. I've fought goblins, ogres, giants, trolls, and once, a dragon.

Perhaps, but I would prefer to keep on bettering my skills. Most of my mental challenges are... Private in nature.

[That's a very ambiguous statement considering its cheerful delivery.]

... I look forward to it?
