So ... I ain't gotta tell anyone where we are this time, and from the stuff people were sayin' on the network, returning here ain't the biggest surprise anyone's ever had. Even if we did get the red carpet bit... Yeah, this is Questing Country - magical kinda Liminal Space dreamland. The Oracles over at the table are the best guys to ask about what this place is.

But I figure we still need to work out who is and isn't actually us. Except, uh. Wash.

[That was psychic shouting and his ears are still ringing from it somehow, OK.]

So this is Kanji checking in. Give us a yell if you're hearing this? How you're doing, all that stuff. Or if you've got powers up and goin' here... anyone else been species switched, too?

Dakki here! Rappy's with me, too, and he's become my Spirit Companion. It seems like I'm the Champion of Sunshine. [A pause.] I like the dress!

It's funny... this time around, I actually know a few things! Not everything. Some of this is still strange... the section, the era that everyone's calling Starquake, that's what all the information I have seems to be about. If anyone has questions, I can try and answer them!

Nice on the future knowledge stuff, too. Or ... later in timeline stuff... man, that's enough to give a guy a headache. Stuff I seem to know is mostly from Hecate.

It seems like a natural role for them to take! There's that bond, after all. How's Piyo doing?

My knowledge is mostly involving space travel, and mostly about what humans are doing in that era. They have artificial beings, now! They're generally called 'Synths'!

That's sweet, though! Synths, huh - that's pinnin' the timeframe down a bit. Had a few of 'em around last time through this universe...

Oh! You can talk on the network, too, Piyo? [There's a pause, as she consults with Rappy.] He's doing fine! He's sort of a... chicken, now. A very fluffy one. He's adjusting. I think.

Were there? The last time in Questing Country, you mean? It's actually only just recently that Synths have even been showing up here! It's only now that ones advanced enough to dream are coming into existence, I think.

Eh... not quite in Questing Country... you hear the lowdown about the Gehenna Jaunt, yet? We were in the awake world.

Oh? The Gehenna Jaunt... that sounds familiar! I think I've heard a bit... so Gehenna must have taken place at least sort of close to the future era that I know a bit about!

...does that sound right?

How did you come by the knowledge?

It was just... there, when everything changed over. I've been working on improving my psychic skills so I can eventually stay myself when I infiltrate, and I don't think I'm there yet... but maybe this is a step closer?

Is there any information about Harbingers?

[ This is his primary mystery at the moment. ]

Not much, really. They're a thing that exists, but... I don't seem to know much more than that they're strange and a little scary.

Nor I. I only know that they are not in control of themselves. What or who controls them, I have yet to find out.

Maybe that's part of what we're here to learn. Or fix. Or somehow address. I'm going to make it a point to look into it.
