We managed to avoid the producers catching on to Travellers.

That might be the only thing that went well.

Barely! I reported someone using magic to the producers on the first day.

I don't know if it got dismissed so much as the kid that I reported it to had other things on his mind.

At first, he had a vested interest in making sure that everything looked to be going smoothly, and then everything happened and no one was thinking about it anymore.

It says something about this Jaunt that out of universe magic wound up being the least disruptive thing.

I suspect magic centaurs would have been more straightforward than what the producers were doing though.

Hard to say. Aside from the show, the only forms of entertainment that my overlay really remembered are the same three public domain audio books and walking in a park.

The other two were Frankenstein and that Sherlock Holmes one where everyone’s wound up about the dog.

It's probably bad that I can see the train of thought there.

Though I'd expect more murder mystery plotlines. It's not like they valued anyone's lives.

Yeah, I thought the whole point of Frankenstein was that you’re supposed to be nice to your creations.

I once had an overlay who was an English teacher, so I can say with confidence that people are very adept at missing the point of stories.
