Okay, guys, I'm trying to catch up but you got network-happy, there's kind of A Lot. And we should probably have it in once central place anyway.

What do we know about Jauntzilla? How the entire fuck are we supposed to fight these things? Hypatia's more worried about getting her expedition on the road while there's still people to go on it, but she'd prefer to have a home to come back to. I'm de-infiltrating myself when we get back, that's for damn sure.

[And later, after it comes up that Nation-Eaters are vulnerable to electricity:]

Right. So we've all agreed the time for subtlety is over. Who wants a Tesla? I'll make as many as I can when the party's not on. Free lightning you don't have to call on liminal bullshit to produce.

Someone more familiar with electricity will have to tell me... The pylons outside Fallenheart, maybe they are not just for show? I saw similar structures in Jaunts happening on an Earth after my time--California, Harrogate, Newport... Could these forked towers be useful for electricity?

Those were for the trains, which ran on dreampushing power.

That doesn't mean they won't be useful for electricity, but it depends on what they're made from.

The... "ceramic" I've heard mention of. Like the Umbrian towers.

[ His experience with ceramic is... pottery. This is all quite beyond him. ]

...Well, if they could still pull up the water for it, they've got a lot more clay than they do anything else. I don't know how that'd work with conducting electricity, though.

Depending on the type of ceramic, it can absolutely conduct electricity.

But directing it... That will take some skill. I do not have that ability, but I think others do.
