Oh, not exactly. Every four years we have to add an extra day in the calendar or it gets out of sync with Earth's orbit.

Or you could just base your calendar after the solstices, equinoxes and lunar cycles like sensible people.

Adding a day every four years just seems difficult for everyone involved, especially people who are born or married on the day that does not always exist.
