Mmm.... No, not so much. Or the soft bits under my ribcage, which is a little more likely. Also more painful, unless you're really slamming my knee the wrong way. Dig up hard enough and you hit the diaphram, which makes it hard to breathe, too.

No problem. You're smaller, lighter, and more agile than me, which is a good place to start. We can try to find a style that makes use of that for you. But that'll come after we get your muscle memory down. ...we should see if Allura made a training room in the Castle. I'm not sure where your level is, since you're in the future from me, so we'll spar and then figure out what to work on from there.
