[To the walkabout folks!]
[Daneel is polite and gentlemanly as ever, of course, but this is a very pressing matter and it shows.]
We seem to be caught in some sort of siege. As we don't know how long we will be here, I would highly recommend taking inventory of what food, water, and other supplies we may have. From there, we may be able to formulate a plan.

As far as supplies go I have a few knives, and can lend a layer or two of clothing if it gets cold.

Just because we do not want to resort to violence does not mean we will not be forced to. It is to be avoided yes but... we come back after a while and I would rather die by a blade than starvation. It is faster and less painful.

Otherwise: I can't imagine a place like this would be constructed without access to at least water, maybe there's something sealed off still that we can puzzle out.

...It's not that I trust the Trumps, but they must have had a purpose in sending us here, and the situation we were thrown into - as well as the clothing and gear we arrived in - suggests to me that they intended for this siege to happen. Whatever troubles it gives us in terms of food and drink, it gives us access to this place before anybody else gets to see it - and that might be the point. We might want to take a look around before we go offering peace with those outside and potentially inviting them in.
If we find something important in here, then we can decide between ourselves whether the Trumps intended us to keep it out of their hands - and if we agree with them or not.
That being said, I do carry emergency rations with me in my hammerspace. It's not much, but... I think there are ten of us? With strict rationing, what I have might last us... five days? A week?
I don't have any weapons, though, or much in the way of other supplies. Most of that, I'd kept in Leonardo's workshop. And since he's no longer with us... I do have my magic. I can shoot lightning, even if I'm not very precise - so it's dangerous, and takes a lot out of me. And then there's the strange weapons that appeared along with our new clothes.

I have a few knives, if you want a couple. As far as skills go I can climb better than I look like I could and held on to the ability to turn in to a sparrow if we need someone to go out and look for supplies... not that I could carry much.

I'm not very good with them, but they'd definitely be better than nothing. And even just scouting out where to find food or water would help, if we need to send somebody out to gather them. Not to mention scouting the numbers, positions, and patrols of those trying to trap us in here. Those will be useful whether or not we need to go out for food.

[ not to mention that one of their ten doesn't need food or water.]
Overall that sounds like a plan. Try and figure out what we have here, do some scouting to see what's really out there, and then decide on a next move. I can hold my own in hand to hand fighting and can supplement with magic but... I'd rather see if we can talk. Or make our own way out.

I... don't need as much food. If it comes to that.

However, I do have several modules of medi-gel, if any of us is badly injured while we are trapped here - though I would suggest adding acquiring a wider array of medical supplies to our list of priorities.

It is a medical salve commonly used in emergency situations. It won't be of much use on broken bones without more specialized equipment than we have at hand, but can be used to disinfect and seal any flesh wounds.

Besides which, they've already tried to kill us. If we talk to them and they think we're still thieves, they'll simply try to hurt us again - if they're besieging us here, there's no way they'll consent to give us supplies. And if we convince them that we're not thieves, and are in fact friendly, we'll have no excuse to keep them out of here, and we'll lose all power over this place and what to do with what we find here - which is almost certainly the point of this jaunt, why we were brought here. Neither option turns out good for us right now.
We have enough supplies to last for at least a week, right now. If we start running out and we haven't found any alternatives, then we may have to revisit diplomacy.

Also, we're missing a whole hell of a lot of people. I'm not getting any replies when I try contacting 'em, this way. That'd be a lot of infiltrators, if that's where they all are.
no subject
[He falters a little.]
I hope that they are merely all infiltrating. The alternative is... unpleasant.
