I might have the formula to do it with Nova Venezian alchemy. I'll see if it's in the recipe I brought back from there. Otherwise, maybe ask Helena or Naoki or Minako? They're all good with chemistry.

I mean, there's also ways of doing it with magic, but they're kinda temporary.
