[walkabout] Seriously?
Dragons? Really?
[As far as tone is distinguishable on the network, that's muttered, and very, very frustrated - but anyone who remembers Misericordia probably understands. When Naoki resumes, it's at a much more normal volume and tone.]
Anyway, we might as well get a check-in going. This is Naoki. We are definitely not in Harrogate, unless something went very, very wrong with Earth's climate since the last time.
If it turns out we're missing a substantial chunk of people, I can try reaching out to the others later this week.

Uh, yeah, I'm myself. Korra's also here. I can also sense Naoto and Eren through my bonds, but not Armin or Mikasa.

Have they been split up like that before?

Taleenya checking in.
I think I will take this instead.

'Hundreds of eggs hatching at once and the babies setting a town on fire' not good.

Hajime is here as well. Both Ryo and Garren also came with us, and are in dragon form.
[[Garren is still clinging to his head as he transmits]]
The dragons seem to have some form of mental communication here, similar to the bond between Slammer and Pogemon. Ryo's been sending emotions and color imagery that I'm either picking up through my connection to Garren or just by virtue of being close, it's hard to determine.

Princesses? Why would anyone curse one? Or is that one of those long stories best told somewhere else?

Also: we're in space, and I'm not a Synth! I know what space travel actually feels like now, even if it's just a memory of...wow, my Overlay has the same name as me? Again? Huh.
Anyway, I'm gonna try to get an idea of who's here but I'm willing to bet it's not everyone. There's not even that many people at the refuge in the first place...

...Don't answer that. Uh. Right. Kanji checking in. With Piyo, who... [He quickly streams a snapshot of the dragonized Pogemon, looking a bit grumpy.]

Maybe this one won't be so bad? [They can hope, anyway, even if they'll probably spend the entire time braced for the worst.]

I think I'm going to try to get hooked up with the place treating the dragons. Gotta use that astrobiology degree somehow.
Also, do we know if this is earth or an earth parallel, or somewhere completely different? Gravity feels the same, but that doesn't mean much.

I'll probably see you there. I have no idea if my own first-aid background will be of much help, or the stuff I picked up last time we had dragons on our hands since these are different, but short of a bar it's where I'll feel the most useful.

I have a feeling I will be spending quite a lot of time in Liminal Space, so if anyone needs a cool off or a cool drink, let me know.

This is definitely not Harrogate, though. Or even Earth. It's a planet called Jangwa.

Damn, this is some nice weather. [Shinji, your baseline is skewed and you know it.]

[To say that Pod is excited about those things would be an understatement.]
Um, this is Pod, to those who don't know me. Kiga is one of the dragons this time, and I think the heat's convinced him not to be grumpy about it. I'm a bit worried I'll cook in my skin though; I've never been anywhere so hot, and I'm already a little sunburned.

[Hi, this is your friendly neighborhood Chie speaking.]

Those particular dragons lay their eggs in the hundreds. Hundreds of probably-panicked baby dragons meant half the town was on fire.
It's probably going to take a while for Kanji and I to get it through our heads that these aren't the same dragons.
